America’s Small Business Development Centers
America’s SBDC is a non-profit Association that represents America’s nationwide network of Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) – the most comprehensive small business assistance network in the United States and its territories. SBDCs are hosted by leading universities, colleges, state economic development agencies and private partners, and funded in part by the United States Congress through a partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
What We Did?
The Louisiana and Virgin Islands Small Business Development Offices engaged us to redesign their website and to build and deploy a mobile app to support their business services.
Member And Event Management Integration
We seamlessley integrated their curent member and event management softwares into the website and mobile apps. Center Dynamics for the Louisiana SBDC and Neroserra and for Virgin Island SBDC.

Center Dynamics Integration – Louisiana SBDC
- Master Page Templates: Created templates for a consistent look across LSBDC and Center Dynamics websites.
- Location Integration: Added Center Dynamics IDs to LSBDC’s location management.
- Event Data Synchronization: Developed a process to scrape and store Center Dynamics event data.
- Event Integration: Linked events between LSBDC and Center Dynamics for seamless registration.
- Security and Compliance: Ensured data protection and compliance with relevant regulations.
- User Support and Feedback: Provided support and a feedback mechanism for users.
Neroserra Integration – Virgin Island SBDC
Nightly Data Scrubbing: A nightly data scrub was implemented to extract information from Neroserra’s training events page for SBDCVI. This allowed for the successful storage of event details, including event names, dates, times, locations, and registration URLs in the SBDCVI database.
Location ID Integration: Neroserra location IDs were seamlessly integrated into the location management system of SBDCVI. This integration facilitated the creation of a comprehensive list with direct links to detailed Neroserra pages for enhanced user experience and access to information.
Locations Management and Self-Content Management:
- A significant enhancement for the Louisiana SBDC involved the addition of Locations Management to their Content Management System (CMS).
- Admin users were empowered to add and oversee various aspects of locations and their respective users.
- Each location now encompasses details, team members, partners, content pages, and blogs.
- Users with the LocationManager role were linked to specific locations, allowing them to securely log in and manage content tailored to their location.
Social Media Integrations:
In addition to Locations Management, the SBDC and each of its locations benefited from integrated social media features. Social media integrations enable streamlined sharing and interaction on various social platforms, enhancing the organization’s online presence and engagement with its audience.
