A GLOBAL PANDEMIC. A NATIONAL SHUTDOWN. COVID 19. SOCIAL UPHEAVAL. TWO HURRICANES. WILDFIRES. POLITICAL TURMOIL. AN ELECTION YEAR.
This year has been a year unlike any other in my lifetime, and it’s not over yet.
We have all been given the opportunity to reevaluate our very way of life, how we do business, where we choose to do business, who we do business with, shifting our priorities, and restructuring our lives.
For some, it has been unprecedented fear and anxiety; with others, it has been expansion and growth, and for all, it is all still completely unclear as to what lies ahead.
Back in January, I entered my 20th year with dezinsINTERACTIVE. I had great plans, as did so many, to make this the best year ever. Nothing prepared me for what was to come, and to be honest, so much of it seems like a blur.
We, like so many others, had to pause, reevaluate, and change.
There have been many changes both with me personally and with us as a company.
After 48 years, I have moved from my birthplace in Baton Rouge to my new home on Clear Lake in Natchitoches Parish. I closed the physical office and have moved operations virtually, as have so many others.
One thing that has not changed is my commitment to my clients to ensure they have the best possible service at a price that meets them where they are to have the freedom to decide the future of their families and their companies.
We are still here, thankfully.
Let me know what you need from us. I want to hear from you and will be reaching out in the coming weeks.
There is no doubt that more changes will come for all of us, and I hope that they are opportunities for us to live fulfilling and meaningful lives, both personally and professionally.
